- What does a quote cost?
- Nothing. Quotes are free and without obligation, and the price we quote is the price you pay unless the job changes.
- Can I choose options in the quote?
- Yes. Where there is a real choice, like seed or turf for a new lawn, you pick it on your tracking page and see the total change before you accept.
- Do you take the garden waste away?
- Yes, unless you would rather keep it for compost. Disposal is a separate line in the quote, so you see exactly what it costs.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We work in Hamburg and up to 40 km around. Travel within the first 15 km is a flat call out fee; further away we charge by the kilometre, shown in the quote.
- Can my AI assistant book for me?
- Yes. Assistants like Claude or ChatGPT can request a visit, check the status and accept a quote for you, with the same tracking code you would get.
- What if I am not happy with the work?
- Tell us within 14 days and we come back and put it right at no cost. Planting and paving carry a 2 year guarantee.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer within 14 days of completion. You find the invoice under your tracking code.
